Absolutely the most unprofessional adjuster came to our business after a fire. Came in his personal car, street clothing, no ladder, no lights, no camera, no tablet/computer, and no business card or contact information/identification. Told us to get 3 estimates. Then sent his own estimator to run numbers, which he did as a favor to the original adjuster but was clear he was Not interested in doing the work/repairs. The adjuster only communicates through text messages and is extremely rude. Then brought a low ball number to the table that was thousands (less than half) less than all 3 of our estimates. The individual represents Napoleon State Bank and said he was a friend of the Bank president. Very disappointed!
