I have been with Jay and Marvina at USB since 2008 when i purchased my 1st home. I've never had a single issue, they both communicate extremely well. They are efficient, attentive, polite, personable, and do an excellent job. I've come back a 2nd time, 10yrs later when I bought a sold my house for a new place. I could literally go on for hours about that team and how great they are. But I'll just say this. Would I ever go anywhere else ? ABSOLUTELY NOT! You would be doing your self a dis-service if you don't spend 30 seconds and check them out.

This is THE place in Columbus to get a mortgage. Jay Morris is great to work with and they have the lowest closing costs in town with competitive rates. They also never sell the servicing of your loan. I have done 3 mortgages here and I highly recommend them.

This bank has the lowest interest rates in Columbus for mortgages. The process was a little rough because I was redirected to a loan officer in Cincinnati who had terrible communication (the one in Columbus was on sabbatical). But everyone at the Columbus bank is very friendly and helpful and I was able to get everything resolved.

Easy to bank with and small enough to get quick answers. Mortgage rates are competitive and closing costs are the lowest in town (~$550 including title work is hard to beat). Definitely recommended!
