Mr. Jason Sumner helped me and my wife get the home we were obsessing over. We had a number of situations that would have made the buying experience ever more stressful with someone else (I.E. occupational changes and new residency) but Jason was never stressed and seemed like he had “seen it all.” So there was never an instance where my wife and I felt like we were out of luck.

Jason was also very easy to contact. He would often give us a call back on days and times where my wife and I thought he would surely be unavailable.
