Take advantage of first time home buyers telling you everything you want to hear lying through their teeth. Sold my mortgage to PHH Mortgage Company who is not a BBB rated company after 30 days of closing. They are not to your best interest , and recommend working with certain “local” appraisers, Real estate agents for their own personal gain.

They don't service their own loans and will sell it with out telling you about it. Auto pay just stops with out anyone telling you.

After having a different lender boggle my deal leaving me with just 11 days before I was homeless my realtor sent me to Tim. All I can say is WOW Tim and his team worked through the weekend even meeting me on Sunday to sign essential papers to try and hit the deadline. Worked through the holidays and got it done!
