Took my taxes in and had them back the next week very friendly staff!

I asked for help with a utility shut off notice. This organization made me wait till 4:10 pm on the day before the shut off to tell me they couldn't help me because I am not sustainable to help. I get it. I will not recommend your organization ever. First time asking for help.
