I could not have asked for a better experience, the dynamic duo of Amy Helmen(Ruoff mortgage) and Pam Colen(Mckinley Real Estate) should be studied! It all went so perfectly and Amy truly took me in as one of her own and gave me the guidance I was in search for. Without her I do not think I would be in as good of a position as I am. I am so thankful and I couldn’t be happier! The process was smooth and simple and way less scarier than I anticipated I can proudly say I am now a home owner!!!

Oh man! How do I possibly explain my experience with Amy in 5000 characters?! She is absolutely the most amazing person I have not only worked with, but also met! From the very first time that we talked to Closing, she has been such a breath of fresh air, knowledgeable, kind, intelligent and freaking hilarious. I didn’t want her to be my loan officer anymore, I wanted her to be my best friend! I am so very thankful for this woman and I really think you guys should allow people to give more than 5 stars!

As a non citizen trying to purchase a home,
