I have been here a year. It meets my needs. It feels more like family in the senior building. It is so peaceful out here and lots of room to take walks with my dog. It is as close to country out here without being far from town.

BEWARE THEY DONT TELL YOU EVERYTHING. Tried to get my parents a place to be put on a waiting list filled out a paper application and no where did it explain that you have to make 2 and half income of Rent. Filled out application paid 60 bucks then they tell me they don't make enough money . Even though it was only 60 bucks just think if they do this to 100 people. Elizabeth the property manager should of told me but she wasn't very efficient.

If you are looking for an amazing, quiet, peaceful place to live, look no further! I've lived in MANY high end apartment communities and not a one can compare to this place! They have so many different offerings to meet whatever your need might be - regular apartment homes, duplexes, single family and even a senior apartment building. The finishes in the units are superb. You can tell that the companies doing to the construction take pride in their work. The prices are outstanding! This has to be one of the best kept secrets around.

Looks great on the outside, but once you live there you will realize how poorly these apartments were built, the management is awful, the maintenance personnel has been known to enter apartments without permission and I was wrongfully reported to a debt collector for "owing Property Management & Maintenance $3,000+" even though I lived there for my entire lease and made all of my payments! It is ridiculous that I still have to deal with this awful management and communication at least 7 months AFTER I MOVED OUT.

We fell in love with the atmosphere from the first time we looked at it. We found everyone associated with Bison Ridge to be caring and helpful in making our decision. Being a new development now, there is more landscaping to do, but the plans are in place to make it a clean quiet place to call home. Looking forward to see and enjoy the finished product. The office staff is fast and courteous. This neighborhood is quiet, family and pet friendly. I love living here. The views and quiet atmosphere make for a wonderful retreat for the chaos.

It was not a good experience for us, we were looking for a place for my mother. There are no models to look at and the manager couldn't even show us what any of the units looked like. The automated system that we talked to to begin with set up an appointment to look at a unit but when we went to the appointment we were told there were no units available and wouldn't be for months. How can I know if I would even want my mother to live there if you can't see what they look like inside?
