I would say Lori Rocks but that would be an understatement. I have been looking for someone I can trust for a long time. Lori made me feel like I've known her 20 years. Lori's communication skills are second to no one. Her eye for detail on and the confidence her gave me great trust. Ultimately Lori's superpower is her transparency through the process. She was genuine and focused on what was best for me.

I had the most fantastic experience getting a loan with Ruoff Mortgage, and Cory Wilson, the senior loan manager who handled my case, was a god send. I had a very complicated application due to having lived abroad most of my life and changing jobs multiple times, and he did a fantastic job pushing my application through, navigating all the hurdles, finding me a great rate and most importantly reassuring me throughout that everything was going to work out in the end - and it did! You can trust him to go above and beyond for you, I cannot recommend him enough.

I have to drop this review to One Star , because the mortgage was not written in the Best interest of the client I've been put in a situation 1.) I have to either sell the house at a massive loss! 2.) I have to forfeit the loan! 3.) find $ to file bankruptcy (and suffer a massive loss) any options I have all have a 90% chance I'm homeless losing tens of thousands of dollars I can't recover , Ruoff still makes their profit since the mortgage was sold almost immediately after the sale. So I am giving everyone a warning to do a lot of research before using them . Don't let them make choices for you ! Make sure what your down payment should be is what they write into the contract! We wanted to put down over 20% for financial reasons but they wrote it for 15 % so they could add fees we could have avoided and saved a lot of money hence we would not be in this situation today? Because of the time constraint we had no option to demand a rewrite! If we did it wouldn't have happened fast enough before we wound up in an RV again probably permanently. The person we dealt with said he couldn't change it without starting over again? Truth? I don't know! If you look at my credentials I'm a local guide with Google because I only tell the truth. If a business deserves a good review they get it. Unfortunately this is not the case here. I'm not sure what location my agent worked out of this is the closest to where I was either way this is for the entire company.

Kristee and the Ruoff team were incredibly professional and worked very hard to get my wife and I an awesome mortgage for a great house. Rates are high right now, yes, but Ruoff makes everything else as smooth as possible. We even got to close in just 22 days after our offer was accepted!
