Heres my experience with this place, some time ago, my parents were out in the Elkhart area looking fora home for our family and I. We come across a particular house on Preston ST. on 2007. it looked "okay" since it was next to a school and had some nice yard to it. However, horrible to get some sleep since it was next to a train area.

Well anyways, we come across this lady who claimed she worked for this company, I don't remember her name I was a teenager then minding my own business. She showed my parents this company's business card with her name on it. Now how did I know? Because the card had the Company's logo on it. She Did some paper work with my parents and told them some stricts rules for this place. "NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO LITERING." basically things we cannot enjoy at particular homes.

Maybe a year goes by, she comes to visit occassionally to get her money from my parents, she sees that we were, what she claims, unfit to have the home. so she gave my family and i a short period of time to get out and get the place cleaned up. Tried to fine my parents for trash disposable around the yard. She was a very demanding, self-centered, round lady with blonde hair. I will never do business with this place after that incident. Now that I'm older i see this place as a scam rather than a need for assisting my demands. I told you all my expierence. Your choice to do buisness here.

I'm a buyer for one of the homes they listed and they've been very nice and professional. Visiting their office was very pleasant. The man at the front desk was clean cut and very charming. I was helped immediately and left feeling well taken care of.
