I cant say enough about Bill and his team. My wife and I have used him twice now with nothing but amazing results both time. Bill truly cares about you and what he can do for you. On our first house, he worked with me on my credit score to get us approved. On our most recent he worked with us and showed us options on how to proceed and what to do to get the best rates. Paying the UW Fee saved us .2% which was about 18K over the life of our loan. With Bill being a broker, he is able to truly get you the best deal he can. He isn't stuck trying to force you to go with one deal as you would walking into a bank. He provides options to you, which, in my opinion have always been better than anyone else. My wife and I were set to build and we were working with a preferred lender of the builder. Once we decided against building, we contacted Bill and he rescued us from extra fees and a higher interest rate the

I am not a person to take the time to write reviews. However, this one needed to be written. I would HIGHLY recommend Brett to anyone buying a home. I am a first time home buyer and had no clue what I was getting into. I did my research and narrowed it down to 3 different mortgage companies. I had 0 issues with the other 2, but we decided to go with this one thanks to Brett showing the eagerness and the willingness to work with people who had no idea what they were doing 🙂 . From day one, Brett was on the ball with our pre-approval and every step there after. I have never felt so confident in an area that I am not familiar with. Bill was one of two contacts recommended to me by a real estate agent I was working with. After an initial email contact and appointment to deliver financial information and sign, crickets. Multiple attempts to contact Bill via phone and email always went without a response.

When I finally DID get a response, he told me he had emailed me multiple times, and I should check my spam filter. After two requests for the emails to be resent and for him to validate he is sending them to the correct address, I still got no response.

Now not only am I starting from scratch looking for a new mortgage underwriter, I am concerned what kind of information was sent to a random email that could potentially be used to steal my identity.

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
