I had a tremendously awesome experience working with GVC. I ran into countless hurdles trying to get things in order on my end and Maria helped me the entire way! As first time homebuyers my husband and I were super nervous to start this process because we’ve never done it before but I am so thankful that we found Maria! She was seriously the biggest help and was so patient with us as she taught us and guided us through this home buying process. Now as 20 & 22 year olds we have a beautiful home where we can create more memories and start a family.

Maria was easy to work with, and very pleasant to get along with and even after the we had closed she checked in and made the effort to see if everything was going good. That tells me the quality of her as a person and shows how she’s willing to go the extra mile. I am genuinely brought to tears with gratefulness for her. She gave really good tips and advice about budgeting and how to make sure our credit was where it needed to be at. When or if we ever decide to buy again, Maria will be the person we work with. I will recommend her to ANYONE that’s a first time homeowner or buying in general.
