Don’t use this company at all; they hire scamming tow services for repos and charge over 700$ for tow fees making it impossible to get back your vehicle if you get behind. I was in the hospital for a month and then got laid off work ! They don’t care about you or your story!

Great Bank only problem I have is if you have multiple accounts on vehicles and you do a voluntary repossession on one of the vehicles because payments are too high. They will not let you pay payments online you have to call so they can charge you more money to process same with a debit card! They do not explain this at all . There is no cwcc in fort Wayne which means I will have to drive 45 miles to pay in person! That is not fair! Or set up automatic payments which is kind of hard to do when you only get paid 2 weeks and seems like it's never close to the due date! They need to fix that problem if you're paying them you shouldn't have to pay extra just to pay a payment!
