Received notice in the mail today…. Our two vehicle polices are not being renewed !!!
Why? Because we are considered high risk …. Why? We have had claims ….but isn’t the reason we have coverage? We have been State Farm people for more than 50+ years! The letter stated we could discuss this with our State Farm agent …. Really? No … was not offered that when I called … where is ‘JAKE’ when you need him … feels like I have been personally violated and insulted …

Been our agent for years. Really don't see Mike much but his office staff does a great job.
Purchased a new vehicle and stopped in to let them know. Got new temporary cards and Betsy took care of everything. In and out within 10 minutes.
