Went to see Tom today since State Farm dropped my Home Insurance. Had Insurance through Tom for years with no problems when life happened...Wife moved everything to State Farm had to file a claim then the summer tornado downs a couple trees which made a claim... Instantly lost my house insurance for 2 claims... So sat down with Tom told him situation,now Im paying less for my house and 3 vehicles a year.. So good riddance S.Farm Thanks Tom.... Definitely recommend his services....FYI dont file a claim State Farm only wants payments.

My husband and I were switched to Tom Sorensen's office after my Allstate agent retired. Not only was the first receptionist I talked with less than helpful...after paying multiple insurance bills to them they still did not put throught the correct information for them to be my permanent agent...The most recient bill I received lists the Allstate Customer Care Center as my agent and gives a 800 number. Now we have our house, a car, SUV, Truck, 2 motorcycles, a boat, three trailers, and an ATV insured with Allstate. We pay on time in full every statement and we like working with an agent that we know and one that knows us...they never took the time. So I looked up other agents in my area and switched to one that calls back and at least shows some intrest in having me as a client. Sorensen's indifference is sadly apparent. Not a good business practice that is for sure. (The second office girl that I worked with was very helpful, but she was the only good experience I had from this Allstate office...otherwise I wouldn't have even given them a one rating.)

Found out (on FB of course -ughhh) that my Allstate agents had retired. When my payment didn't come out I was concerned, but as soon as I called this branch I was instantly at ease.
