Adam is the man, no one likes to have to deal with insurance he makes the process smooth and as easy as can be. Anytime I have an issue or just a question he always makes it a point to get it taken care of quickly. Will always refer everyone here.

While I appreciate their past performance, regrettably, my recent experience has been characterized by a general lack of responsiveness from the majority of your team members, with the exception of Caroline. Her dedication and effectiveness in carrying out her responsibilities have not gone unnoticed. However, the same cannot be said for the rest of the team, who, unfortunately, have been non-responsive.

My agent here is Clayton Brewington and he is amazing. Rates are very reasonable and on the home owners policy I have it is RCV coverage(no deprecation of value). To anyone who doesn't know what they have I highly recommend calling your agent because you don't want to find out after the fact if something happens and you are only getting say 30% of the damages. I recommend Allstate and especially Stauffer family Insurance for both your home and auto needs!

I am so very happy with the whole experience of switching all of our insurances over to Allstate. They made the entire process extremely easy for me. What impressed me the most (besides the pricing and discounts) was the promptness and knowledge of Travis, our agent. We had been shopping around with several different companies. Travis provided quotes, along with follow up communication very quickly, without being pushy. We’re very satisfied with Allstate.

So after corporate Allstate wanted to short change me, I called my Stauffer Family agent. He worked to get me more money back on my claim with a subsidy.
I really appreciate the effort he put in to make things right.
He saw that something wasn't fair and he made it right for me.

Mr. Brewington worked hard to make sure I had the correct home insurance at the best rate. My old insurance was very hard to get a quote through & much more expensive. The App is convenient & I love earning points through Drivewise, but it's not yet updated my rewards points even though I've completed a lot of challenges. That's my only complaint. It's still a new feature though so I hope the bugs will get worked out & I'll be able to spend my points on more great deals!
