I worked with First Commerce Financial for a refinance of my home. They were recommended by a friend as they had a great experience too.
I contacted Ken in the morning and he took my initial information to started the process. By that evening I was scheduled an appointment with Michelle and I was able to start uploading the documentation necessary. Ethan finished the process and set up the closing. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and courteous. My calls were always promptly returned. Everything went smooth and we closed in about three weeks.
