Negative ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ could care less for those who spend BIG money to live at Central Park Apartments. Onsite management could care less nor does your company when issues are brought up. Shame Shame Shame. Paniers have been onsite for 2 weeks and can't even get one building completed. Most of this trash and microwave are in front of the model unit. They just pushed the AC units out of the way which was not necessary at all.

Management at The Springs charged me for a week of month-to-month rent after I had already moved out. The charge was later removed, but their collection agency still demanded payment. When I showed management my account had a zero balance and asked them to contact their collection agency to correct the issue, they took no action and the charge had a negative impact on my credit. I am still challenging the mistake on my credit report and waiting to hear from management.

My husband and I moved into The Springs apartments two years ago, and we have loved it! The grounds are peaceful and beautiful, the apartment is roomy and comfortable, and we have always had wonderful interactions with the office staff. Parking can be a challenge, but I'm quite happy to put up with that inconvenience since everything else here is so lovely. We plan to stay here until we're ready to buy a house.

I live in Central Park in Plainfield, IN. Since living here, my truck has been hit and broken into, apparently a regular occurrence around here. Rather than put up cameras, they installed solar panels, I’d imagine it’s much more cost efficient than installing lights that turn off when there is no activity. The pictures on the sight showed a nice kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances that you should expect when spending over 1500 a month on an apartment. I arrived to broken tiles, cheap counters, a fridge that doesn’t make ice and leaks water, and garbage neighbors who have hit and run on my truck and also broken into it. Also after providing my renters insurance policy # and paperwork, they started charging a $15 dollar fee for renters insurance. If you live in Plainfield, I’d suggest NOT moving into this garbage property with garbage ownership. Trash.

Signed my lease in June, explicitly stated I wanted a 12-month lease. Put 12-month as the term when I applied. Was pushed towards a 14-month with 2 free months on the front end, which didn't work for me because I needed to be out from under my lease by July 2022. They sent the DocuSign over with 14-month term anyway, and on the "Concessions" section also listed $0.00. I emailed management about this as I felt I was getting the short end of both sticks, and they said not to worry, they would take care of it. They told me I could terminate my lease with a 2-month notice, which was included in the contract language.

Well, they ended up sticking me with the 14-month term, and they eventually gave me 2-months' rent as a concession, which was never reflected as needing to be paid back in the contract. The owners then sold the property to Becovic Management. I asked for a copy of my executed contract to ensure the language hadn't changed with the ownership, and to ensure the Resident's Option to Terminate Early was still included. It was, and dictated that the resident must provide 60 days' notice in order to exercise. I sent this notice in mid-November, in writing, and they said they would only accept my notice if I paid the 2 months' sum as well as an additional 2 months' sum for "defaulting" on my lease and wouldn't allow me to terminate my lease per the exact word of the contract.

The lease contract explicitly states "The parties also agree that Resident's Option is Resident's contractual right separate and apart from the lease, *is not a breach of, or default under, the Lease..."

They are trying to say concessions are due to be repaid due to defaulting on the lease, however the contract explicitly states this option is NOT a default, and thus are not allowing me to commence the 2 months' early termination term.

I will continue to spread this awful experience on all reviews and social media until the situation is rectified. I have attached the relevant photos of the contract that states 1) this isn't default, and the Option to Terminate Early supersedes the contract, and 2) that I didn't receive the concessions as part of my contract, and nor are they due to be repaid per the contract because I am not defaulting on my contract.

I had a very good experience during my one year of stay at "The Springs". It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful community in the area and is very well maintained. It is supported by very helpful staff. There online portal is very helpful with facilities of monthly rent payments and placing work orders or messages for personnel in office. There were few times when the work order was delayed but nevertheless it was done with satisfaction. The apartment had some problems to start with when I moved in and it took them few days to fix it. Overall very happy and would highly recommend it.

From the moment that I stepped into a Becovic management property, I knew I was in the right place. Not only is the management professional, polished, well spoken but they give you a sense of a light and cheery atmosphere.

I usually know by the overall first impression as to whether I would choose a property. I have to have the desire to call it my home.

In addition, they have high standards in following through with their concessions and are a pleasure to work with during renewal processes as well. In addition hats off to management of maintenance as they are always quick and prompt with 100% satisfaction.
Whether it’s maintenance or up through the owner everyone has always been very personable and welcoming.

This is a management company which intertwines with its residents and makes them feel part of the family.

This is all over reflection on the general manager whom I have had the pleasure of knowing for three years now Chelsey and Hannah, will always be 5 ✨✨stars in my book!

I can't believe this company gets away with running their properties so poorly.

(Trying to keep this short. But, I have so much to mention...)

Highlights of living at The Springs 'Luxery' Apartments:

- Main shower has crumbling grout, peeling tub, and black mold.
- [Most likely] un-licensed electricians install fixtures that we cannot control, but we pay for on our meter.
- Poorly performing furnace and poor insulation leads to over $300 each winter month for electricity bill.
- Left for 12 hours with no heat, on Super bowl Sunday, when emergency maintenance could not be reached. It was 7 degrees outside. Asked for explanation of what went wrong, in case it happened again. Got no response.
- Updated items (which cost more per month in rent) are cheap and poorly installed. The laminate is peeling off the cabinets. The sheet vinyl flooring is warped, discolored, splattered with pain, and scratched.
- Small maintenance and grounds crews are shared with sister community. Everything takes forever.
- Trash constantly blowing across the complex. No one cleans it up. The sister complex has valet trash, and can leave garbage out all night...to attract raccoons.
- Dog poop everywhere. They ask us to clean up after our dogs. But waste stations are few and far between. And they NEVER have any bags in them. Ever.
- Potholes. Potholes everywhere!
- If it snows more than an inch, good luck getting out of your apartment. The plows shove mounds of snow in front of sidewalks, garages, and parked cars.

It is nice to watch the birds. As long as the critter control guy isn't here with his dogs, chasing off everything. And leaving piles of dog poop in the middle of your sidewalk.

And there are tons of options on doordash/grubhub in this area.
