I went into Mark’s building to drop some groceries off as a driver, and was immediately greeted with a warm smile from Mark himself. I proceeded to drop the groceries off and upon walking out he asked me if I would like anything to drink, and to grab whatever I wanted out the fridge. Small acts of kindness like that mean a lot, so I want to thank you. An extremely kind-hearted man, and the lady that works with him is very sweet as well. If you’re ever looking for a place to help with insurance, they are your go-to people! ❤️

It's so nice to know that you can go in to their establisment ** actually talk with a person face to face! ++get options to chose, guidance for which one might be the best option for Your needs, always professional, kind and go the extra mile for you. We absolutely love working with Lori! After getting married she helped us combine our policies for both vehicles and our home. She is always quick to respond to questions and so helpful. It’s great to know that when you call or have a question, you are going to get to talk to an actual person and not go through an automated system. We are moving out of town and decided to stick with Mark Huffman State Farm because of the wonderful customer service that we have received. They have made our transition regarding insurance during buying/selling our house so easy.

I came to Terre Haute, Indiana 6 years ago in 2016. Mark Huffman and Lori Huffman were among the first persons whom I met after I arrived in town. They were awesome. Really professional and spent time with me in going over policies for residential and automobile insurances. They assisted me in finding the most appropriate policies for me. There was not even a single issue with my policies over the past 6 years. I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by Mark and Lori throughout all the years. Now I am leaving Indiana and will relocate to New York. I have decided to continue to choose State Farm for the residential and automobile insurances in New York.

I've had state farm insurance for about a yr and a half now, recently my car was stolen and they have been a great help with everything! Mark has made everything as easy as possible for me while also keeping me informed on everything. They even offer drinks for free while your there! I plan to stay with this location for as long as possible! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

State Farm has been the best. The personnel have always been wonderful in answering my questions. Their patients during answering questions is hard to find.
