Very little to say that is good about this place. This company says it's now by appointment only. I remember when you could drop by your insurance company if you had any questions. Seems like they don't want to deal with people face to face unless they actually have to. They have extremely high prices. Poor customer service and interactions, and Marge is rather obtuse. Speaking to her is like a never ending circle, and she seems so clueless. Not helpful.

**I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR INSURANCE WHATSOEVER**

Happy to say I switched to American Family Insurance. I HAVE SAVED OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS..... Shop around people, there's better options out there!!
