I had several problems when I went into the bank today. I had the most helpful employee ever. She worked so hard to figure out the problems I was having, and tracked down missing money and seriously went above and beyond to help me. I have never in my life written a review but felt like I had to give her a shout out for being so awesome and patient! Thank you for having the best service! And thank you for all your help!

I've used this bank for getting close to 10 years. I've never had a fee for anything. Literally anything. They've been wonderful, Shelby Specifically. She is always kind and willing to help with everything. My one and only complaint, Not being open on Saturdays.

After paying off a vehicle loan, I discovered that Vigo County FCU had lost my file, which included my title. Kit was very nonchalant about the situation, acting as if it was no big deal. The staff was growing impatient, as it was 5 o'clock and they were waiting to go home. It was quite embarrassing, as the buyer of my vehicle was also there and we had just made the transaction. Now he's being told that he will NOT receive the title until I go to the BMV and file for a lost title, which could take weeks to receive. This is totally uncalled for. My father mentioned that they also lost his title. The staff is highly unprofessional, as I witnessed another loan officer treating a couple poorly after walking in 3 minutes before closing time. She hatefully asked another employee to lock the doors. I would advise everyone to do their banking elsewhere!! This place is a joke!!

I use to think this was a good place until I discovered, Janice. She had a problem when asked a few simple questions. Sure glad I don't bank there or owe them any money.

We are going to open an account with this bank. My wife and I went inside and every employees was screaming out for mask. We had our mask on our hands but not on our face. We put our mask. There were 2 employees standing by were just talking and did not want to help us. We decided to leave. Will never recommend this bank and will never returned at all.

I would not bank here at all. They gave me wrong and misleading info on my account and then want to charge me $30 twice after their misleading info and then put the blame on me. All within a short period of time. Then they do not want to take responsability on their part. Very piss poor attitudes when confronted about it.

I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS BANK, EVERYONE KNOWS UR NAME ESPECIALLY IF U HAVE BANK THERE LONG ENOUGH. I TRUST THIS BANK MORE. I DONT LIKE THE OTHER BANKS IN TERRE HAUTE. THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE, AND I WILL GO BACK TO IT,
