Chad Hanson and His team are amazing to work with!
Chad is a straight shooter that spelled out everything in laymans terms and always kept in communication with us. Never did he not pick up the phone, return a call or reply to an email. He will step up and fight for You to get the best loan possible and when the underwriting department is hung up on something, he will contact them promptly and get the issue rectified!! Megan (Chads processor), was nothing short of amazing Herself! She was easy to work with and kept all lines of communication open. She was very organized and even helped out when I had issues emailing docs to Her. She too was not timid when it came to putting pressure on the loan company to complete their paperwork in a timely manor and will look out for and fight for Her customers best interest!! Overall and amazing team. Would highly recommend this Team!!!

Mohave Mortgage made purchasing a home easy and enjoyable. Staff is friendly and on top of things. We started with a different company locally and were not happy, we ended up switching to Kay at Mohave Mortgages and right away Kay was informative and a pleasure to talk to. Chad (owner) got involved along with Kay and made sure to communicate well and to give us updates with our loan process. They shopped for the best rates which we learned that some lending companies Here in town don’t do that here and Mohave made sure we were happy with our rates. I’m so happy we went with them and now we closed escrow in less than 4 weeks. Thank you Kay and Chad ! We will be doing all our future investments with Mohave Mortgages
