Does not return voice mails after a week. Will try to not return your deposit money even after they move people into an apartment the following day. Will have to examine possible legal remedies to get back full deposit. Make sure to take pictures upon moving out to prove condition of apartment upon leaving as they will attempt to keep deposit for fictional damages. Not a pleasant experience. Insects were also present in the apartment and had neighbors complaining about similar problems in their unit. I attached the pictures of the apartment that was vacated and as you can see, the apartment was in perfect condition upon leaving. They are still saying that there were damages in the apartment and they're keeping money out because of them. As you can see in the pictures, the apartment was very clean and tidy. They will go out of the way to keep money. We are still waiting for the deposit, after the 45 days we were told they had to send out the money. We can't help but wonder why they waited the day before the last day of their 45 days to send out the money, now making it so we have not received our money back per their own policy. They moved someone into the apartment the following day after the move out. Then we get a message from the owner complaining we had left them a bad review because "it makes them look bad". Don't treat people this way and then you don't have to worry about people telling the truth about you!

I have lived in my apartment for about 6 months, and I can only say positive things. We have an in-unit washer and dryer and they are blessings. We have a pet and it is always a clean place to be for good walks. I highly recommend BCV Properties. They are some of the kindest people and always willing to work with us or help us if something is not working.

I'm not sure how they made a one-story apartment at 1252 E Dawn Dr into an apartment with a loft. They don't have keyless entry yet and the door isn't white. I don't know where these pictures were taken, but it wasn't at that address. I'd also like to note that the property managers are very obnoxious about harassing people and spying on them.

I can’t speak high enough, personally, about how wonderful BCV is. Incredibly operated and very quick to fix any issues that come up. They continue to provide next level care and convenience to myself and every other tenant I’ve spoken too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
