Never made repairs. Told 2 inspectors a manager and a repair man about our screen door not shutting and constantly slamming into the bathroom window. I told them I would just take it down. No problem. They told me no they would send someone. After me complaining more than five times they never sent anyone. Just someone to look and say they will be back and never did. After a bad storm one night the screen door broke completely! Not receiving my deposit bc of damages I TRIED to prevent ! Our electricity didn’t work in our living room for 6 months before it was finally fixed.
Terrible management. I would never rent from this company again. I’ve had a few landlords in the past that would IMMEDIATELY come fix a problem. Gold key did not care. Worst property management I’ve EVER had.

This company's been polite ,helpful as well as courteous. I've only been with him a short time but they handle the few maintenance issues promptly is that any problems or issues. Seems to me as long as your rent's paid there shouldn't be a problem. Thank you Gold Key for making this rental experience smooth

We’ve loved renting with Gold Key! Maintenance requests are addressed and fixed within hours, if not a couple days. They are so flexible and easy to work with, and rent from! Great company!

Goldkey is a good rental company and the staff is easy to work with. Repairs are usually done in a timely matter. My only issue is If I left the property in the same condition I moved in or better and it's put up for rent the next week & I'm assuming it's Now rented 3 weeks later Why on Earth am I waiting 45 Days for my security deposit. There wasn't anything they had to do but "Maybe" mop the kitchen floor. I just think 45 days is Extremely to long especially when it was left in "Excellent condition". I am Not ok with this at all!!!!!

I scheduled a tour to see one of the apartments, and as soon as I stepped in, there were someone's belongings and stuff all over the ground from outside. I was thinking about renting here, but I changed my mind - very disappointed and unprofessional. Don’t come here!

I have only been in my apartment less than a month and my kitchen window falls out (whole window),door fell off the hinges,mice,paint on wall peeling off (whole part of the wall),ain't had a working toilet for 4 days have emailed and no response so I called the office man was very rude and couldn't even get my name right smdh

Been in our Gold Key home for around 16 years now. Today has been the ONLY day we've had an issue with them and that concerns our water heater. Still, you have to judge things on balance and they've been good to us. I recommend renting from them if you get a chance. My wife and I certainly like it here. Hopefully we won't get axed over the water heater.
