This agent canceled my auto insurance without notice and a week later restored it also without notice. I knew all these happened to my policy after three weeks when I got it letters in mail. It was so risky driving without cover. They use text messages communication which is nice but why letting me know cancellation & restoring.

So I was very frustrating and told them to cancel, but months later still got bills each month! Why bills after policies cancelled? When I called them, I was yelled "that's on you why did you paid " OMG!

I picked this agent based on good reviews but I think alls are paid reviews. I like State Farm but I had bad experiences with this agent.
