Stay away from this company. Worst service I have ever received. Hired them for their services on two properties purchased from the tax lien auction.
This company did not submit the 137B form for one of the properties, which is one of the few jobs this company must do on time for the city to reimburse me any expenses. When I went to the city, I was told that the proper form was not submitted at all. I tried contacting them to resolve this issue and spoke to Lakisha, she kept saying her “boss is not here” and to call back each time, every single time I called. I used email, they ignored me.
The first paragraph on their website states, “Our fee is reimbursable to the tax lien purchaser upon redemption as "title search" and "costs of giving notice" under county form 137b, which we will submit on your behalf to the county auditor.” But they can’t even do the simple task of submitting the form. I would stay away from this company and use any other title company. I wish I could give 0 stars.
