Called them with a calm tone and with respect, used sir and all. The gentleman was quick to get rude with me. I don’t appreciate that. I did nothing wrong to deserve that.

Edit: He called back and spoke to a colleague of mine, was rude with this person as well.

Wow! I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service from Bev and Laura at this State Farm agency.

My wife and I have had the same insurance for 15 years (through a different company) and every renewal cycle, for the last four renewals in a row, our insurance has increased dramatically (and we have zero incidents). Finally, my wife and I decided to start looking around, and a coworker told me he was insured through Bev Cundiff, and to contact his agency. WOW I am glad we did. Not only are we saving money, which was the initial reason for switching insurance, but after meeting Bev and Laura, we feel like we are part of the family. We could not have asked for more friendly and professional service.
