I would never work with Goldman Sachs bank based on my Apple Card experience. After experiencing financial difficulties, I have always made on time payments and recently after turning my financial shop around I paid my balance on my Apple Card in full only to have my credit line reduced from 7000 to 200 2 days after doing so.
I think the actions of this creditor speak for themselves and the customer service representatives were of no help. Be aware and be warned.

I am working with a mutual customer as their contractor- there is absolutely no way to contact this company. I work with hundreds of different companies every day, out of all of my years of experience, I have never had this much trouble trying to get a hold of literally any one. I have left messages, (automated of course) no calls back- can find an actually number, or email. Its actually so crazy.

So my Apple credit card is through this POS bank. There’s no customer service, they consistently do nothing to help, you will sit on hold for at least an hour, then be transferred to someone in India that you can barely understand. I would say steer clear of using this POS bank or use it at your own risk because they do not protect your money or account information, they simply do not care, you are just dollar signs to them nothing more.

I don’t know (or care) if this location is responsible, but it’s very annoying when you have a Disney playlist going on YouTube for your child and after every 2-3 videos, a 20-25 minute Goldman Sachs ad comes on. I’ve only ever seen this happen during Disney playlists, so it seems like they’re preying on kids who aren’t able to skip ads on their own. It’s sleezy & pathetic.

Yashashwini Reddy has garbage customer service and an over all nasty negative attitude. Instead of being helpful, she will just argue and talk in circles wasting your time with the end result being no resolution. Such a huge disappointment.
