Insurance is really never pleasant for the most part but this was a whole different experience for me. Very nice and super informative I would absolutely recommend Copas to anyone. Not everyone’s story will be the same but she saved me 200 bucks a month and got me more coverage. Thank you so much.

I came in and was greeted with a big smile and an awesome atmosphere. I was so welcomed. The other day I called all over asking for quotes for car insurance and WOW they all was so very high. Well Keven helped me answered all my questions and he even got me the cheapest amount for my car and I even got home owners insurance! I recommend this place very high!!

I have been using Copas Agency for several years and have always had amazing customer service with them. However, in the last 3-4 months I have NOT been able to get a hold of them. They are not answering their phone calls nor are they returning voicemails. I am now in the process of trying to switch to another agency that will actually respond to their phone calls and help their customers.

Kevin and Cameron always take good care of us! We've been with Copas 9 years now. We had 1 accident claim not at fault and it went very smoothly with Erie insurance. We were in a rental immediately and they processed our claim quickly.. Highly recommend!!

Great people, knowledgable staff and they offer fantastic insurance products. I just did a rate check (5/2022) with another major insurance company (SF) and Erie insurance was $1,400 less expensive for the same (and better in some cases) total package. Home, autos, umbrella, RV's. Kevin and his staff can set you up. I highly recommend them
