I’m going to see if I can write a review in a much better place than Google as we know business owners can pay people and pay Google to remove reviews something I’ve learned somebody that has all good reviews and no bad reviews. They’ve done this. There’s been no businesses that’s hot and all perfect. Five star review as I read through all these reviews they’re making it like Kenny Gretchen is a perfect person. I went through this woman last year, and I was completely traumatized as it was my very, very first thing in owning anything, and I was very scared and doing this of course referred her to me and this is something that I wasn’t aware that certain types of people in certain types of groups are only welcome in a situation like this something I’m not familiar with. Katie was not good with communication. I had to continue on emailing her. She blew me off more than once and some of The words she chooses to use in a profession was by far shocking calling my husband, my baby daddy, and not my actual husband. I am very happy that Katie treated me in such a poor manner as I found out that Linda the realtor that referred her to me my husband and I would’ve not been welcomed at all… I never knew how much Arizona was segregated, and I learned a very harsh lesson along with other lessons because of this I chose to move to the Midwest, where I didn’t have to worry about being talked down to lie to and strung along, must be nice to be the type of person you are and still, everybody smiles and gives you a thumbs up and says you’re a great person when the rest of us do nothing at all, and because the way that we look, and I do mean just because of the way we look we’re told we’re criminals. How lucky you are Katie Gretchen. I’ll be expecting some stupid response or my one star review to be removed or put away at the bottom so nobody else can see because I truly don’t believe that this woman is capable of having all five stars no way not the way that she talked with me

Katie and her team went above and beyond to help my friends and clients buy their new home in Arizona. Katie has a plethora of knowledge and experience for all loan types and programs.
