All of the agents at this State Farm office deserve 5 stars! Everyone is familiar with our account and assist us right away! In our 50+ years of driving we have finally found the very best group! I want to express what a great experience I had with Ben Eades State Farm Agency. When looking for a quote for auto and home coverage, Christina contacted me immediately. Comparable quotes were already prepared and sent to me for review. While six agents reached out to me none had prepared quotes ahead of time. After reviewing other offers from competitors and discussing the coverage details from StateFarm, I decided to accept the offers from State Farm. I am so glad I did and was able to maintain great coverage at less cost. Christina was also wonderful to work with.

Very efficient! I asked for an estimate/quote. Received it a couple of hours later. They explained everything in detail. Patiently answered all of my questions. Was very pleased. Needless to say, this is our new insurance company for both cars and the house.
