I live in the Timber Creek condos that were destroyed in a fire. The rebuild process has been an absolute joke that AMI has just left us to hang out to dry. It has overrun on time by nearly a year. AMI has continued to make us pay our HOA fees this whole time, even though we don't even live there. They don't care about us, because they continue get our money no matter how long the project takes. We have no power to push the contractor or the insurance companies, because we are not the client. I have personally lost nearly $20,000 from their mismanagement of this project, all while they keep raking in our money for nothing.

I live in the Castlebridge subdivision, and am without heat. Gas company came right out, said there was a block in the vent, probably on the roof, they couldn't fix. Called AMI, emergency line. They told me it's not an emergency, call when the office is open, and hung up on me. So, no heat in freezing weather is not an emergency?

I have had nothing but issues with this company. Waited over 6 months for a leaking roof repair. Each maintenance request has taken months to resolve. I've called and left messages and never hear back from anybody. Was given inaccurate information multiple times. I love my condo, but will be moving ASAP due high HOA fees and lack of service provided by AMI.

The worst company I have ever worked with. This must be a family business because Vicky Fleming would not be able to not answer calls, emails and mail and keep her job. She doesn't take ownership, it's always someone else's fault. This company does not treat everyone fairly. FYI watch your billing, they slip in charges sometimes

I sold my condo on contract a few years ago & Vicki Fleming called me recently with an emergency water leak from that condo into the one below it. She said she would have to call a locksmith to have the water shut off if it was not corrected soon. I have advised her repeatedly that I now live in Florida, no longer have anything to do with this condo since it was sold to the new owners on a 15 year contract. For 15 years I will be receiving the condo payment book which I send to the new owners, get phone calls from Vicki even during an emergecy situations. She has the new owners number yet insists on calling me. This situation makes no sense to me since she should simply call the new owners.

I’ve been working with Association Management for a borrower I am helping purchase there. We ran into an issue with an HOA repair but Vicky Fleming and Dana Stout helped us get things moved in the right direction. Both my borrowers and I are very appreciative!

I just saw the review from Billie Johnston. I am President of the HOA of Ladywood Estates Condominiums. All of her statements are inaccurate and untrue. I have been copied on numerous emails and corespondents with her. AMI, and Vicki Fleming are responsive and must stay within our bylaws and direction of the HOA Board. I support AMI and Vicki Fleming completely in there actions in regards to Billie Johnston.

Horrible people we love our condo but Vicki Fleming with the hoa is making it unbearable to live there. It's almost like she would prefer it to be abandoned then have a good family living there taking care of it.
