When looking to buy a home, you need a lender who truly cares and will fight tooth and nail for you every step of the way. Jim is that lender. You won't find a mortgage lender with a bigger heart or a better work ethic. He has helped countless clients climb out of debt and walk proudly through the front door of their new home. I am so thankful to have had Jim McDonald helping me with my journey to home ownership. He is such a kind, understanding and helping man. When everyone else said no to a mortgage-Jim made it happen.

Jim and his team are absolutely amazing! I came to Open mortgage with a 520 credit score! I was educated on how to correct my credit and 6 months later I am in my dream home!! Thank you Jim McDonald & TEAM! You made the impossible, possible. We are HOMEOWNERS! Jim and his team worked miracles and we had PLENTY of obstacles in our path to homeownership, but Jim and his team handled every single one & got us to the closing table and keys in hand 🙂 Jim and his team really care for their customers. If you think you cannot ever become a homeowner, talk to JIM! We will be forever grateful for everything he and his team did to make us homeowners. Jim did a great job for us! I was in a weird position of trying to buy a house before Christmas time and I'm a delivery driver. So I had a time crunch to finish things up before work had me too busy to make things happen.
