I've been renting from them since 2018 and they have been understanding with me and helping me when things occur and patient with me financially. If it weren't for them I wouldn't know what I would do. They took a chance with me when no one else would and I thank them very much for it. Even though it takes a while to get something fixed, It still gets done. Persistence helps alot.

Stay away! It took almost a month longer to get the keys than stated because they still had not painted. I had already paid first months rent and deposit so, I moved in anyway and painted it myself. Upon asking about the apartment, I inquired about who would be living upstairs. Property manager Amber Oxner told me a quiet, long time renter and her 6 yr old daughter. This turned out to be someone who just started renting from them, and her 13 yr old daughter. What she also failed to mention was that this lady sold drugs as her primary means of income. I only stayed for a month because maintenance would come into my apartment when I wasn't home and would leave the door to my unit wide open when they left. I had to put a lock on my bedroom door to secure my valuables while I was away from home. I also grew tired of the tweakers knocking on my door at 3am looking for the lady upstairs. When I confronted Ms. Oxner about the situation, she insisted I was the only one with a key. I found out from the lady upstairs Ms. Oxner had told her that my boyfriend a I were selling drugs. When I left the unit, it was just as it was when we moved in, Flynn properties still refused to refund my security deposit. When I called Ms. Oxner to find out why, she told me that she mailed me a letter pertaining to the matter, and since I didn't get it she would "mail me another one." She was very rushed and uncomfortable on the phone and refused to tell my why they were holding my deposit.

Slum Lords!!!!! I told them about my tub and toilet about 3 months ago and they still haven't mad and effort to come fix anything!!! but they want their rent on time....PSA do not rent from them!!!

Kevin Flynn is a terrible landlord he let me moved into 1 of his homes with bedbugs pretending he didn't know they were in the house don't rent anything from him all he wants is your $$$ doesn't want to repair anything

This is a terrible property management office. They never get to their work orders in a proper time frame and any work that is completed is a mess! The property manager is terrible!. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
