Lovely community, maintenance is fast/friendly, safe area with sidewalks, trails, and access to boat rentals at the marina. The marina and a playground are within walking distance. Laundry hookups in unit AND laundry mat on site with very reasonable prices. Gym, pool, pickleball courts are also on site. Free car vacuum and water hose to wash car. Bike racks and carports available. Would recommend.

These apartments are a hidden gem in Columbus. I have been at these apartments for just over a year and have been very pleased with all facets of living there. They are a bit old, but they are well maintained and are by far the best deal for apartments in the area. The maintenance crew did a great job with snow removal over the last few months and has been responsive to maintenance requests. The apartments themselves are fine - they are a bit dated but have lots of space. All my neighbors are friendly and there are tons of walking/biking trails in the Tipton Lakes area for getting out and enjoying the weather. I would complain about them converting the one tennis court into pickleball courts, but I don't want to seem like a grumpy Boomer (which I am). Overall, these apartments are a great option if you are in the Columbus area.

These apartments are good. The price is fair and the location is excellent. I spent 2 years here and management/maintenance were always very helpful.

The appliances are a bit outdated but functional. Relatively quiet would occasionally hear upstairs neighbor. Overall would recommend.

This is the best place to live, surrounded by trees, lakes, walking trails, and the best of all is the Manager , his office staff and the Maintenance Team! They are very professional and have resolved all maintenance request the same day ! I live with my family of 4 here and we feel very happy! I will recommend anybody to move here ☺️

It's a really great place to live. Really peaceful but the only draw back is the management doesn't show you the apartment before you move in.

Love living here. Apartment, scenery, neighbors, the apartment staff, love it all. They are quick to help with anything, provide beautiful apartments, and quick to fix anything but I have only needed a lock on the door fixed because everything is in great condition! Also the price is great for a single mom.

I have been a resident for a year now and I feel like I am home. The staff here are great, they are quick to respond to any questions or maintenance that needs done. The area is so beautiful, you are tucked back into a quiet wooded area with plenty of wild life, but still minutes from any stores you need. You get the Benefit of being hidden in the middle of the Tipton Lakes community, they have no shortness of paths to walk or run on. Their Gym and Club house is very nice, and laundry facility is maintained very well.
If you want an affordable place to have peace of mind, helpful staff, and gorgeous views in a safe area. Then this is the place to be!

I lived here for 1.5 years and totally loved it. Their staffs are lovely and maintenance requests are completed very fast. Apartments location is great with lots of trees. Sometimes, it minimizes sunshine into the apartment.
