I was mostly happy here, but recently my next door neighbor has started forcefully bringing their dog in front of my front window to pee. I don’t want any confrontations with my neighbor as I am already planning to leave at the end of the lease, but I haven’t even done anything to them and it’s just childish.

We really loved the year we lived at Villas de Fontenelle. We felt at home in the apartment. Tony, from the maintenance team was SO helpful and awesome when we needed him, and the people at the office are so kind too. About the place we felt safe. However, it will be good if the landlord thinks about upgrading the units, for instance, painting the outdoor of the apartments, to update the A/C too (it feels like they are really old), and some unit stairs that are old and crick when you are walking. Also, at the end of our contract, some flying ants were entering to our apartment through the A/C, so that was rough. Additionally, they open the pool very late in the summer season, so it will be good If they change that. But in general, we recommend this place.

My neighbor had roaches and they infested my apartment. I called multiple times no resolution was made. I had to call orkin to get rid of them. Had very noisy neighbors. They would invite there friends and they would party on the steps in the hallway not even in there unit. They stole some items on my doorstep nothing was done about it. I even had proof. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

My mother and I moved in a couple months ago and we love our home. It's clean. And management takes care of everything. From the community garden, to the gym, and even the pool next summer. We are happy to call Villas de Fontenelle home

They have awesome amenities. They are kid friendly and even have a swimming pool! Their service go way beyond great customer service and the even have an early bird special where if you pay rent before the first of each month they enter you into a raffle and someone has the chance of getting $50 off rent. They most definitely care about your concerns and their apartments are very spacey for the whole family. They even have 24 hour emergency maintenance. So come join us and you'll enjoy the villas!!

There is nothing better than a place to call home, Villas de Fontenelle is home. The management, office, and janitorial staff all care about each resident and take care of any issues in a timely manner. The kids love the playground, large grass area, and pool. The new office building with a gym has been a wonderful addition.

I've lived at Villas de Fontenelle for three years and I must say, my leasing office staff is great. I'm always at work & busy with my family but they make sure that I'm reminded of anything about our complex or any work orders that I've put in. Ms. Kory & Ms. Lin are very respectful, understanding, thoughtful, courteous and just genuinely nice women. I so love staying here and my family does as well. Keep up the great work guys..

I have been out at Fontenelle for a long time. Over the period since 1996 there has been lots of changes throughout the property. I stay in the cabana cause I’m not around that much. But a nice place to reside at. Lots of nice people and the staff and management are really nice maintenance are outstanding. If you are looking at apartment give them a shot. You will be pleasantly surprised.
