I am very pleased with the care and attention I received at Affinty Urgent Care, particularly because I came in late in the day and was well recieved by the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. There were several patients in the waiting room but staff worked courteously and efficiently to serve everyone. My script was immediately sent out so I was able to pickup meds. in a very timely matter. Will not hesitate to refer friends to Affinity.

I walked into the affinity clinic being a tourist in Galveston. Was ill with a sinus infection and far from home. I was greeted warmly and promptly by the front desk. The nurse took me back and the doctor was at the door quickly. They listened to me closely , assessed my condition and offered me a an immediate plan.
I’m very grateful for efficient, prompt and positive care. Felt better within 24 hours.
I recommend this clinic 100% and more!

I was quickly registered, taken back to a room and evaluated by my provider. I was in and out in 20 minutes with medicine sent to pharmacy. I definitely will refer others to use the clinic and if I need to be seen again while I am in Galveston I will return.

I am traveling. I developed abdomen pain and a cough and cold. The staff was fabulous. So nice. Prompt. The PA came in and said, "You must go to the hospital ER because you will need a cat scan." Which we did. I had surgery that afternoon.

My husband was seen at Affinity in Galveston . We were seen at our appointment time. Everyone there was professional and friendly. The office was clean and organized. The nurse was friendly and explained everything that she was doing. The doctor asked questions and ordered a x-ray. X-ray tech was fast taking X-rays done and reported to doctor. The doctor reported back with results from X-ray. The doctor explained injury and prescribed medication. We were expressed with ER clinic. We were in and out within a hour. We use this clinic when we are sick are need emergency care. Great place

My husband and I got RHINOVIRUS right before my son's wedding! This was the 2nd time I have been to Affinity Galveston. The last time, I had been sick for over a month. I really needed the empathy they showed me there. Especially this visit! They loaded us both up with steroid and B12 shots and lots of medicine. The wedding was beautiful, and we really enjoyed ourselves and did not cough our way through it. I can never say thank you enough! I have found my clinic on the island!

Had almost no wait time. All were professional and friendly. The Doctor is knowledgeable and proficient. He had the necessary tests run and prescribed the correct treatment. I’m very happy.

Overall I was very happy with the speed and quality of care at the clinic. However, I was unable to get my medications filled and charged to the VA. The local pharmacies were not able to process using the information given by Affinity.
