Looks like Bragg insurance picks and chooses their clients, just got off the phone looking to send one of my clients in IN with Kelly, after being hung up on and tired to explain that I was trying to send them someone who was in need of their services for life insurance, I called once more got on the phone with Bryan. Him as well said “we don’t want them” glad I didn’t send my client over to them. What’s crazy is that I picked them because of their “5 star reviews” and got 1 star service… do better guys we’re here to help people.

I have plenty of referral partners “out of state “And first of all your “assumption” Was that I was a telemarketer. Why would a telemarketer pass on a client of their own That doesn’t make sense. Not an issue at all anymore. I found someone that actually took care of them and found them the coverage that they needed. All in all the right service provider deserved the client. Next time don’t be so judgmental on the person that’s on the phone before you hear them out. (also they were in y’all’s state ) hence why I reached out in the first place.
