The new atm scratched my card up so badly, put it in the atm to pull out some cash from a different bank card, my card got stuck in the atm, took over 10 minutes to get someone to come out of the bank after I notified them what the atm did, the lady just tried to pull out the card. Then said give me a moment, went back inside to get someone else someone else took about another five minutes coming out now my card won’t work, and now I am stuck on the fee because their ATM scratched the hell out of my card.

It's weird how trading a 20 dollar bill for 20 dollars in quarters can be a daunting task sometimes. But the driv thru attendant didn't grill me 20 questions. It's hard to find neighborly ideals in today's society. Very thankful this bank made it so easy and I didn't get the normal corporate answer, " We can't do that for you unless you have an account. "
