Ginny and her team sold my house for a good price in an extremely difficult real estate market. She knows this area very well and kept us up to date on a weekly basis of what was selling and for how much. After she summarized this data for we then all agreed on an adjustment our price according to what the market would bear which is what sold our house. Ginny was usually available for questions. If not, she always returned our calls within a short period of time. She negotiated a fair price for us and also had the buyer rent our house back to us for a month ( Ginny suggested this to us) which made for a far less stressful move. My wife and I were very happy with Ginny and her team and would hire them again.

Ginny has worked with me on my last 3 homes and I have to say that this one was not only the easiest real estate transaction ever but we got our Dream Home! We made an offer on our Dream Home but he wouldn't entertain it without ours being under contract, Ginny went to work and we sold our house on the first showing and were under contract in 4 days which allowed us to get our Dream Home! Her mortgage person Allyson was amazing as well and walked us through the easiest process possible to get closed efficiently. It was an amazing experience and we would work with Ginny again anytime but I am hoping this is our Forever Home!!

Lucky us!!! We relocated from Hawaii to Arizona without a clue regarding the housing market. We met with a few different real estate agents. Most just wanted to sell a house. Then we met Heather!! What a blessing to work with someone who had our interests in mind, Heather worked very diigenty to find us the house with the options we were looking for. Never pressured us or tried to sell us just anything.
Heather responded to all our questions immediatly and was always available when needed. She knew the areas and the housing market which really helped us find the right home. It took awhile but Heather just kept looking and only contacted us when a house became available that fit our needs.
