Leo was amazing to work with! My husband and I put off refinancing out home for months because we were dreading the process. After our first conversation with Leo, we were excited to get our refinance started! Not only was he able to get us a great rate but he also was SO responsive! Another perk of going with Leo and his company was how incredibly easy the online portal was to use. Plus you can track the progress of your loan as it moves through the paces. Our loan went so quick! We had our first call with Leo in early January 2022 and closed today (1/26)! Less than a month for a full refinance is unheard of! Leo even worked on our paperwork on his vacation! We highly HIGHLY recommend Leo as your mortgage lender! You won't be disappointed!

Moving from out of state in this crazy sellers market is not an easy thing to do but Leo made the process so much easier and less scary! First of all Leo connected us with a great local real estate agent who did video tours for us of potential homes until we found the perfect home, this was so helpful.
The application process was quick and easy online, we were pre-approved in less than 1 hour after we applied. Throughout the mortgage process we never felt out of the loop on the status of loan/home purchase. Leo was extremely quick to respond, no matter what time of the day, very knowledgeable, thorough and great to work with. We were very fortunate to work with Leo and his team throughout this entire process. We had a wonderful experience and would choose Leo again!

Amazing! Leo Namiot was my loan officer for my first home purchase. As a home first time home buyer there was a lot I didn’t know about the home buying process but Leo took the time to explain everything to me until I understood it. The online process made it super easy from the preapproval right through to the closing. I really liked that I received updates along the way so I knew the status of my loan. Leo and his team had my loan paperwork done and cleared to close 2 weeks early, Amazing. I can’t say enough great things about Leo and his team. I was fortunate that my realtor suggested I call Leo.
