Note to anyone searching reviews: Even the best complexes and property management companies get a lot of poor ratings. It is rare to have an average review of 4 or higher. Just search some of the most popular and well known places with good reputations. Basically, a 3.5 is a good average rating.

But I’ll give them a 5. Rent is affordable and fair. I’ve lived at an alliance property for nearly two years now. All my interactions with them have been good. The maintenance is phenomenal. Nearly all of my requests have been fulfilled the same day.

These guy are nothing but Crooks and slumlords. Rented from them for a few years never fixed anything. I always paid my rent on time and when I moved they lied to my New Perspective landlord and said I was a bad tenant. Trust me you don't want to rent from them.

Been living with them for 3 years now and while they aren't perfect they are still really good people. They do their best to get things done and in a timely manner. They have always treated us with respect and kindness. Their service manager Brian is a good man and he does everything to his best ability to work for his renters. Their strengths are in kindness, easy to deal with, and progress. It may take time for bigger projects to get done but eventually it will happen.

They just want your application fee. Contacted them regarding how I knowingly would need a cosign and how thier application had no such place to fill out as cosigner. They said to go ahead as they wish to see if people can be approved(we told them I knew it would not be approved and they said to go still) within a day or 2 of submitting they contact me saying I've been denied no surprise. When trying to ask about cosign they say they can't look up anything and that the letter in mail will "have reason for denied". I know why I was denied i told them before hand. It's clear to me they just want people to give them application fee.

I could not say anything better about this management. Long story short, they saved us time and money by helping us out at the end of the lease. We were struggling to get some things moved out on the last day and they extended our return date, an extra 24 hours. No charges or fees!! Any other property management would have charged us another month. But not them, they are life savers! Thanks again Amanda!

Excellent!!! I cannot describe in words how great that Amanda, Rhea and the rest of the team are. Leaving them was the worst thing I have ever done, but they do not offer homes on the East Allen area. Aside from that they have always been prompt on service calls even in the middle of the night! I have rented with them for over 3 years at 2 different locations. I have only ever had 2 service calls for general maintenance things that happen- water heater, and pipe burst. If you want a home that feels like a home rent from them. They are honest and the rent is very affordable with deposits. And pet friendly!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. We lived in a property of theirs for years. The quality of people they allowed in drastically declined, it was a duplex. Day 1 of new tenants I kept seeing their horde of children (7 at least) playing on my daughter's swing set. I kept asking them to please get off, that they shouldn't be on it. Mind you no parent's are outside watching the kids. The kids didn't listen so I spoke to an adult, wasn't sure which ones lived there because there was a ton of people (about 15-20). They said fine we'll keep them off. Well that didn't last and when I looked out they had broken it!!! I was so upset, they didn't even apologize. So I reported it to Alliance. Things went downhill fast. We started getting parked in because they always had people coming and going, it was clearly a drug house, and they constantly had parties all throughout the week until all hours of the night. I started taking videos and pictures to show the property management company. I have a 6 year old in school, she deserves to get a full night's sleep. Our quality of life was being destroyed by these people. I called several times to complain, I emailed and left messages, do you think anything changed or that they did anything to rectify the situation? The answer is no. So I wrote them one last email saying I demand something is done, because at this point I'd they weren't having a party they were screaming and fighting (throwing things, slamming doors) apparently he bangs other women and she beats him (I shouldn't know this much about their relationship but that's how loud it was) and I started smelling drugs, so I had it. I listed everything I ever complained about in the email (I wanted a paper trail so it couldn't be ignored) and I put how I had evidence and they still did nothing. I sent that on a Sunday, that Monday was Martin Luther King Jr day so they were closed, but Tuesday the very next business day Bryan called. Bryan is the one who was getting the complaints, he said that we were being asked to leave, that the owner wanted the house back and that the neighbors were being evicted. I was shocked! After years being there and now that I left a paper trail of the complaints along with an abundance of proof we were being asked the leave out of the blue, right after all that? Yeah right! It was retaliation for complaining plain and simple! But my poor daughter who has a form of cerebral palsy and sensory processing disorder has to have her whole life flipped upside down because this management company was upset because I finally got my breaking point. This move has been so hard on her, that house was the only one she had really ever known. I know this was retaliation, to much of a coincidence between me writing that email and the next business day being asked to leave. My daughter is heart broken and I'm furious! Don't do business with these people. After researching this is common. Don't complain or request things to be fixed because they will terminate your tendency. There's a reason why they are rated 2 stars. Don't let what happened to my family happen to yours, it's devastating especially when you have a child who had issues and they don't understand why this is happening.
