Started off ok apartments , they’re supposed to be affordable housing but it is not and a complete rip off for the price you pay. They keep raising the rent 100.00 but yet the Walls are paper thin, you hear dogs barking all day all night . Can’t even sleep but your paying almost 1,000 in rent . To not even live comfortably in your home. They want to increase rent but do nothing to improve quality. They do not handle ANY complaints! They say they’ve dealt with it per policy , which means nothing. Even when you have proof that they claim they need of violations per lease they still do nothing. Same repetitive tenants cause problems for other tenants and they just get a piece of paper in the door. Maintenance is terrible. Apartment still smells of mildew and mold , from when an upstairs unit flooded! And have to pay for our own mold air test. These apartments are garbage now ! They let anyone move in and they have become completely ghetto. Not worth the price . Unless you’re someone who’s only paying 400.00 a month cause that’s all they’re worth I promise you. And these are for the apartments Tiffany heights, Edward estates , Stephanie villas etc. they’re all sister apartments!

I have lived at Cameron Crossing for 2+ years. The staff have always been responsive to my requests and helpful with things that aren't even their responsibility. Neighbors are nice and respectful. No complaints 👌

0 4by 4 really needs to learn how to drive.They cut me off in traffic and almost caused a severe wreck.

Not the worst, but not the best that's for sure. If you ever need anything done it will be WEEKS before it happens. There was some sketchy stuff happening in the addition too, and they management company could care less about it.
