To start off with I would give them zero Stars if I could.

They removed access to my apartment with no prior notice and then they left the access off my apartment for over 6 hours to where I was trapped in a very small apartment for majority of the day with no prior notice.

nor options to get out of my apartment during the process of them recreating the entrance to my apartment. Was not consulted. Was not asked anything about the construction of apartment entrance or My ability to exit. They removed all ability for me to get out of my apartment for a entire day with no prior notice. Horrible company will never rent from them again.
