Awful place to live with shady management. Heres a little story about what happened to my girlfriend and me. In November we notice water leaking from the fan fixture "we live on the first floor for context", we put in a work order to have maintainence come out and find it's leaking from my neighbors shower into my bathroom. So they cut out a 6ft by 3ft part of drywall and they replace whatever pipe slap of new drywall and say it's fixed after weeks of dirty water dripping everyday. SUPRISE it still leaks !!! It took me threatening my lease for the propery manager to be bothered to come look at it to confirm water damage and ceiling caving in from the new water damage. Flash foward to January Guess What IT STILL LEAKS EVERYTIME THEY SHOWER!!!! ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS OF NEGLIGENCE. So after waiting and being extremely limited in using our only bathroom we decided to break our lease. After talking to the property manager she informed us that to honor our situation they would let us leave with no fee for breaking the lease which I thought in the situation was fair, no bad review just let us out. But today we get informed that not the case by a different manager who now apparently is in charge of this place. Troy said we would have to pay all fees and months rent to get out of an apartment that leaks and has been leaking dirty shower water. I'll be contacting the board of health and any attorney possible to make this unjust situation right. Just imagine having a bathroom that leaks dirty water EVERYTIME you're getting ready in the morning and then your property manager has 0 sympathy or compassion for the situation that they haven't fixed to begin with. 3 pictures attached 2 of our bathrooms current state thats it's been in for month's, and 1 of the work the called fixed and took me threatening my lease to even have someone look at it. I feel like the only reason it's even gotten worked on is because I have to bother them to do it. Don't live here. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't be forced to live in DIRTY SHOWER WATER!!!!

Most everything was completed in a timely manner. Cale from maintenance is awesome. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He offered solutions for problems I did not think could be solved.

The two girls that helped me were great! They took their time with me and answered all my questions. Very friendly! Love this apartment complex!

Super great communication with the office and staff ! Jessica was great ! Had a few minor maintenance issue but, that was taken care of super quick . Seems like a nice place to call home for a year maybe two 🙂 they use a company called bloom internet so , you have to call that company to register your modem . Internet has been super fast and no issues …… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

At this point, it is better to ask this question once everything has been corrected. The sink is still leaking. The water is coming off of the white pipe connected to the p-trap. We are not unhappy, but would like to get the issue resolved.

They’ve been very helpful, and the apartments are very nice. Very minor problems such as light stains, but overall it’s an amazing apartment. Everytime I’ve contacted the front office they seem to help me very quickly. When calling maintenance because the lock wouldn’t lock for some reason. They showed up within less than 20-30mins. This has been a good apartment experience so far and me and my girlfriend have no complaints.

I’ve been moved in for 5 months I think now and I still would recommend this place. I actually have recommended it to family members already. The staff is nice, the maintenance crew is in and out very quickly. They explain what the problem is and fix it. I’ve had zero issues while staying here. It almost feels like a cozy little neighborhood. Great view too.

I've lived here for 3 years and I've enjoyed my experience, for the most part. Maintenance is quick and on top of things. Leasing office staff are very helpful and courteous. I have to go a little extra on my compliments for the staff Jessica is a huge asset to this apartment complex. The only negative experience I've had has been rude tenants, slamming doors, being loud, fighting and screaming but they didn't last long. They moved out rather quickly and it was back to peaceful as usual 🙂

Maintenance is great and quick to respond to any issues, which have been very few over the last few years that I have been here. They maintain the grounds well. But when it comes to the front office, they are very slow to respond (if they even do) to other issues. I waited months for responses on covered parking after inquiring multiple times. To find out they rented the open spot (open for months) to someone else lower on the list. Only other complaint is that you have to get internet through them and any complaints they will not handle.
Place is safe and great location, and overall I have had a great experience considering it is renting.
