I'm now living in 6510. The washers are not work except two of it and the dryers are not totally dry.It was just wasting money and I have to dry my clothes at my room after using their dryers. That's so bad. The steps from the upstairs are so loudly . The balcony frames are all rusted. These are not safe.

I had a friend live here, years ago. The apartments were really nice, from what I had seen and have only gotten better from what I've heard. The property itself is tucked in a quite little oasis and well maintained. It's got a lot of curb appeal, but its not so flashy that you feel uncomfortable driving into a friend's place or home. The views are incredible of this tiny piece of paradise. Highly recommend checking them out.

Been living here over 4 months now, it's a pretty nice place to live.
The location; it's close enough to the main streets, i-69 as well as all the places you would want to go to, yet far enough away for it to be secluded from all the hustle.
The place itself is well maintained and kept clean both inside and out and people residing here seem be friendly.
The office is helpful and nice as well, and they respond to all requests quick and efficiently.
The only downside so far is the outdated/missing appliances and the smell in the vents occasionally (has been decreasing recently though).

This complex is pretty amazing! The apartments are great. They layouts are nice. The area is really nice. The best part about Fountain Lake is the staff! They really make you feel like you are at home! Would really recommend you consider living here!

Abby was extremely helpful and very informative. Best customer service I’ve ever received, as far back as I can remember. The property was well kept and hooked me instantly. Definitely will be trying to get into an apartment here, ASAP!

Beyond thankful & happy to be moved out here. Can hear any and everything in the building, from the top floor to the bottom. Elevator in building C has not worked once since I lived there.. it's been a year. When the a/c was on it would leaking out onto carpet and would cause a molding smell.. all they could do was put a fan on it... not all the parking lot lights work by building C. The landscaping looked really bad and not kept up. Building basement looked really bad as well. Whenever talking to the office take screenshots of conversations bc they may not remember what you talked about and you might get charged for something that you already told them about.. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

Abby, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars / very clean, nice pond and pool area. Covered parking helps during winter for your vehicles and it’s very quiet and safe and a 2 bedroom is very affordable for this area.
