I moved here August of last year but am just now getting around to leaving a review. I love loving here. It is quiet, all my neighbors are very friendly, and there is lots of areas for me to walk my dog. My apartment is modern and nice. Everything was clean when we moved in. We have only had one issue with a clogged Toliet but maintenance came promptly to fix it. Penny in the office is the sweetest lady. She was beyond helpful when it came to the moving in process. I would definitely recommend living here.

The website provided the details of the various floor plans which helped me determine what property and plan I wanted to visit. I visited the property and Joseph gave me a thorough tour of the property. Very desirable property with wonderful amenities for residents (and their guests). I couldn't find any other apartment properties the offered attached garages, without any steps and ranch style residences. This property is a stand-out!

I have been so happy with my experience so far at Elevate! I’ve been going through the process of finding a unit and getting approval for my lease and Penelope in the leasing office has been absolutely incredible! She has taken so much extra time and care to take of the process for me and has most certainly done above and beyond. I can’t wait to move in!

Penny has been helpful, we are grateful to her. The apartment however has had many issues that should have been dealt with prior to our move in. The dishwasher leaked on the floor, was dirty and had to be replaced. The frig had shevles that were duct taped and fell off and had to be replaced. The kitchen sink had chips out of it and looked terrible and had to be replaced. The shelf in the laundry closet was all sticky and rusted and had to be replaced. There are other issues but you get the drift. The move in person needs a checklist or maybe is not the right person for the job. We had to replace the drip pans on the stove as the ones that came with it had built up grease we could not get clean. The units are old, the heat is terrible with almost no air coming out of the vents. If you are on the ground floor the vents are in the ceiling which might be good for air conditioning but in the winter the place is very cold, even with the heat on 73 degrees. We will likely not stay here after a year lease is up, even though moving is a terrible thing. Jerimiah in maintenance was exceptional, we are told he is leaving, most unfortunate.

Maintenance guys are great. Would really like to change out washer and dryer and have hot water sooner in kitchen and big bathroom.

Save yourself the hassle and don’t live here. I have had a very disappointing experience in my 3 year tenure at Elevate on Main.

Be prepared to pay unknown fees without explanation, amenities don’t work or are closed for extended periods of time (pool didn’t open one year, gym closed for a year, and sauna doesn’t work at all) and parking is atrocious. I have to park 4-5 buildings down from my unit every single day. Staff is very hard to get a hold of and be prepared for no phone calls to be returned from their office.

I have been met with nothing but unprofessionalism. Had it been less expensive to move out prior to now I would have. It’s odd to see all these positive reviews that seem almost falsifiable in their claims considering the consistency of poor communication and performance on their part.
