Called and spoke with the accountant Bryan was extremely rude on the phone and telling me it's not his problem the lot that I bought that I can't see the fountain. So if you call there don't ask for Bryan you really need to talk to Tanya because she's the one with the people skills I give her 5 stars

What a fantastic management company. Kim and Kyle are the best. I was working with a client that had a home fire and this company was ready to help in anyway they could. The application process was swift and the communication was phenomenal. I have been in the real estate business for over 25 years and these folks are top notch. I highly recommend this company.

They are so hard to get ahold of since they moved to Granger. The office help is ridiculous. We've had a few things fixed,but they have had to come back out to fix it again. We need our whole tub surround wall replaced because of mold. The tile keeps falling out,and all they do is glue the tile pieces back up. They're great for putting Band-Aids on bullet wounds. We can't fix anything or update anything unless we get their permission. SMH

I been renting a home for almost a year now. The office has had some turn over and new faces but from my perspective it's been for the better. Kim a relatively new member has been very helpful with us trying to renew our lease or find a different place with them still! she seems to care very much for tenants and trying to find them a home.

As long as your're a good tenant then they are a good place to rent from. Pay Rent on time from the site. The only thing I dislike is that AC is not under the lease agreement which is unfortunate because the house we Rent said it had central AC but it blows as much cold air as Arizona in August. The other thing is it's a little different to email for maintenance but I just email and call and they get out here pretty quick.

The only real complaints I have is with the home it's self but I am aware they have not stake in my home other then to rent it out thus why I will be working with Kim to find a new home maybe.

The other good thing is due to my past unwise financial decisions in my early 20's I do not have the best credit I mean it's as low as Tiger woods score at the PGA tour (-19).

I would recommend them for sure to rent just look over the house you are going to rent SEVERAL times, check everything and I mean everything. The owner (not elite rental) replaced the windows... no insulation was put back in and I could see the outside.
