I was pleasantly surprised how easy Veronica made my task. I called to change banking information. She asked if I had a minute to go over my policies, it had been awhile. I thank her for her help and time. She discovered that I one of my policies needed immediate attention. Such a great help. All of her help made the process so easy. I’m thankful to her that she took the time and brought that to my attention. I rest easy, knowing that my insurance needs are being met.

I just got off the phone with Veronica Orin and let me tell you, she is the best! She was so sweet and funny and had the cutest southern accent! So thankful to have gotten in contact with Veronica to help me navigate my insurance plan to its fullest. To say she was/is exceptional, would be an understatement. Veronica was not only extremely knowledgeable but genuinely kind and caring. I talked with Margaret Fournier today about making some changes to my insurance policy and I must say what a pleasure it was ! She was very knowledgeable and professional and because of her thorough explanation I understood a great deal more about my policys . Prior to our conversation I was considering jumping ship to save a few bucks and go with another company! Not so anymore!
