The owners of Propel Property Management (Jeff & Ryan) are very professional and really good at what they do. As a small business owner and real estate investor that owns many properties throughout the Central Phoenix area, I understand that I have complex needs that require highly communicative, responsive, client focused property managers and these guys are just that.

I’ve had the pleasure to work closest with Jeff who has successfully launched three of my properties on Airbnb & VRBO so far (with five more coming up in early 2023) and I’ve been very impressed with the property onboarding, initial revenue numbers, and guest reviews thus far.

A few areas I’ve been particularly impressed thus far with the Propel team:

-These guys are hungry, they work really hard and they've done a bunch of little things to "wow" me. For example, Jeff has helped provide design and staging consultation on all of our properties. He has taken the lead role in suggesting different furniture, home supplies, and amenities that guests care about with a focus on driving additional revenue and an improved guest experience. He is one talented guy here.

-As part of their onboarding package, they leverage the latest technology tools to help drive bookings and the highest nightly rates possible (Dynamic pricing tools that adapt the pricing daily/weekly based on booking and market trends, SEO optimized listing descriptions, etc.). I didn’t even know these tools existed before I worked with Jeff but he takes the time to explain it to me and take me on the journey!

-As a business owner myself, I understand how important effective communication is with my own customers and I feel like Jeff really excels here. He’s a straight shooter who will tell me the truth even when the news isn’t good, he will proactively call and text me multiple times a month sharing insights and learnings from my properties, and I see how responsive he is with each one of my guests via email communication and our guest reviews.

I had no idea how much is involved in successfully setting up and running a five star short-term rental before my experience working with Jeff and Ryan. If you’re considering a short-term property management company in Arizona, look no further than the team at Propel Property Management.

I've been working with Jeff and his team at Propel Property Management since Fall of 2022. As a General Contractor fixing up homes in Central Phoenix, Jeff and his team have been instrumental in getting the properties staged and putting on the finishing touches. There is a high level of attention to detail that I really appreciate, and by the guests' reviews and comments, they see and appreciate the way they can feel at home in each and every one of the properties.
Jeff and Ryan both have built a personal and professional relationship with myself and those I work with.
