I just want to let you all know that you have a very special employee working for you at the Clinton St. branch. Kirstin Rocks!! How much Well, it seems like Everytime I have a problem, or a mistake on my part, Kirstin fixes it all with the quickness!! I feel like I know her. She is so bubbly, polite, willing to help if she can, she ALWAYS knows my voice!!
I just wanted to let you know what kind of beautiful people you have working for you!!
Please tell her for me, kiddo, you are going places, please stay the way you are, a beautifully and wonderfully sentient human being made by God above!!

Would give 0, asked multiple times to having my name removed from a joint account or have the account closed after i moved and had all of their garbage fees paid up to current. They didnt do anything i requested and then charged me over $120 more in nsf fees for unauthorized transactions, claimed to try to call me or reach out to me but never recieved a single call. Absolutely scam of a financial institution.

I've banked with other credit unions and banks in Fort Wayne, and nothing compares to the personalized customer service here. You can get many of the services offered at a big bank without sacrificing the amenities you would expect from a smaller credit union. They know their members and take their products and services a step further by doing what's best for them and their money.
